Livingstone has been asked to develop a business and marketing plan for the processing of fruit and vegetables in the province of Surkhandarya in southern Uzbekistan.
The factory makes it possible to conserve the large amount of fruit and vegetables produced in the region. This is important because the logistics revisions in the area make it impossible to get large quantities of products to the urban areas on time.
The factory was put into operation in 2018 with certified Italian machines for drying pastes and juices.
